New Handwheels

Over the past few months we have vastly expanded our handwheel selection to serve you better. Our new line of unfinished handwheels offer you the highest economy without sacrificing durability. We offer both low profile straight spoked or offset (dished) handwheel versions, with the larger diameter models in each category featuring finger grips around the inner rim for maximum hand engagement.

Our new line of polished 2 spoke handle-less handwheels feature the finest aluminum construction for a lighter weight, and because of their high polish finish, these handwheels will look great in any application. Available diameters range between 5” to “10.

Another aesthetically pleasing handwheel is our new offset (dished) cast iron handwheel. This model features a lustrous nickel plated finish and is available with a permanently lubricated revolving handle for high RPM applications, or handle-less for space saving utility.

For those in need of a polished handwheel with a low profile, our new line of handle-less, finished straight handwheels will suit all of your needs perfectly. Models in this line feature fine grain cast iron construction with a chrome plated and polished finish. A variety of sizes are available with larger diameter models featuring finger grips around the inner rim for maximum hand engagement.

The durable nylon construction of our new line of plastic three spoke offset handwheels allow for the best combination of weight reduction, corrosion resistance, and durability possible. This handwheel features a buffed outer rim for a sleek look and a revolving handle to make multi-revolution adjustments quick and easy. The center plugs for sizes 3-5 1/2 are aluminum, with cast iron for the larger diameters.

New Products

For the past few months we have been working hard to expand our product categories to serve you better. Products like the TQRP-1000 of our new in-stock detent pin line, FCIHW-3-STR of our new line of chrome plated straight handwheels, and IPG-109SS of our new line of pull knob retractable plungers, are just a few. Cup Magnets

Cup magnets (also known as pot magnets) offer a strength and versatility found in few other magnet options. The steel cup these magnets feature houses the magnetic neodymium material and simultaneously strengthens the magnetic field while protecting the neodymium from the impact of surface strikes. Cup magnets allow for a variety of mounting applications with mount styles including male stud, female stud, steel hook, steel eye hook, and counterbored holes. The model shown here features a countersunk hole that allows for flush screw surface mounting. Knurled Knob Locking Nose Retractable Plungers

Like other plunger styles, retractable plungers (also known as indexing plungers) are used to connect two objects, with the added features of positioning, locating, and or indexing. The model below is made of brass for added corrosion resistance and features a 90 degree position locking rest to ensure stability. The knurled rim knob allows for maximum grip regardless of wet or oily situations, thereby ensuring positive engagement and disengagement every single time. For high vibration situations these plungers come with an optional nylon locking element to make sure the plunger stays put. These devices can be found in a variety of settings and applications including fixtures, gym equipment, tables, medical devices, and conveyors.

Handwheels

Handleless solid dish handwheels offer a combination of features and benefits found in few other industrial components. Their simple and sturdy design ensures reliability and extended product life while allowing for installation in limited space areas. The model shown here is finished in a high quality black powder coating to protect against corrosion in all mounting situations and features a series of soft curved finger grips under the rim that allow for complete index finger engagement. This complete finger and palm engagement allows for maximum torque application while making minute position adjustments with the utmost of ease. Mold Leader Pins

Mold leader pins are an integral component of the injection molding process. They are responsible for proper plate alignment between the cavity and core mold halves. Our mold leader pins are of groove-less design for optimum alignment and reliability when compared to grooved models. The model shown here (MLP947) is manufactured from the highest quality steel and features a nickel-chromium finish for added corrosion resistance.
